About Ann 

Ann has been working in the fitness industry for 29 years starting as an aerobic instructor and personal trainer then moving to management and eventually owning her own gym. 

Her interest was sparked by Ski Racing and continues to be a driving force in her life along with road biking and mountain biking.  She has experience working with every fitness level form the de-conditioned person to the Elite athlete and also with post rehab clientele.

Ann continues to teach a wide variety of classes to stay in shape for sports and competitions and to keep up with her four children!
