Everyone has separate needs and expectations. Therefore, I strongly believe that individuals must be provided unique routines that are specifically tailored to each client. Constructing personalized programs often requires thorough fitness assessments in order to give the workouts meaning and direction. This analysis typically reveals fitness components beyond what the client may have initially considered necessary.

 

Background:

 

My health club experience began at a young age. As a three sport athlete, I prioritized maintaining a high level of physical fitness. In college I began applying my passion for fitness by professionally training special needs populations such as individuals with diabetes, osteoporosis and hip replacements. My clientele quickly expanded to include both competitive athletes and those who sought general fitness guidance. Since graduating, my areas of focus have continued evolving to now also include: semi-private and small group personal training, as well as group fitness instruction.
