Boot Camp   

A team taught class designed to condition your mind and body.  This challenging class will include drills, circuit training, calisthenics, and outdoor activities

A unique training method to work your rear end from every angle.  You'll reduce your hips, slim your thighs, and lift your butt

Cardio Core Attack

Cardiovascular based class with intervals of core conditioning.  Class will focus on increasing balance, strength, flexibility and endurance

Cardio Knockout

High energy kickboxing

Chisel'd

Sculpt, tone, and strengthen your body using your own weight.  Elevate your heart rate with hard core plyometrics exercises.  Great for sports conditioning

Hard Core Cuts

This 25 minute class will strengthen your core while incorporating stretching for the whole body

Kettlebells

Kettlebells combine cardiovascular exercises with powerful strengthening exercises helping you to achieve all around fitness while quickly building strength and cardiovascular endurance. 

Lift

Improve muscular strength and endurance using a bar system - you choose the weight ranging from 3 - 60lbs

Mat Pilates       

Classic Pilates exercises done on the mat

Power Hour

Burn calories and sculpt your body with the use of weights and resistive equipment.  This class is a total body workout, stretching and strengthening

Synergy Step and Sculpt - 30 minutes Step, 20 minutes Sculpt, 10 minutes ABs and Stretch

Total Body Melt              

Burn, sweat, tighten and melt your body in this conditioning class that combines calorie-burning cardio drills with muscle-leaning sculpting exercises into an intense workout.

Urban Yoga

Fun yoga taught with a hip hop flair and funky music

Vinyasa Yoga   

A vigorous, more athletic approach to yoga techniques characterized by flowing poses and sequences that are linked to the breath.

X-Fit                    

A conditioning and sculpting class that keeps things changing, has cardio and strength elements

Zumba                                

Latin dance and aerobic moves create a fast paced, effective, fun workout

Club Enduro     

High cadence and low resistance will burn fat and increase your endurance.  The class will begin at one hour and 15 minutes and increase by five minutes each subsequent class.

Hi-Cadence        

Ride into high gear in this exhilarating stationary cycling class.  Set to motivating music, your instructor will use cadence and resistance to simulate hills, flats and more.

Performance Cycle  

Whether you are preparing for longer rides outdoors, a specific competitive event, or just want to up your fitness level, this class is for you.  Sample rides include: hill work, speed and sprint intervals, and breathing techniques.

Power Ride        

Interval drills for endurance, power, and speed that include time trailing, climbs, sprints, and pulls for an exciting ride that is both challenging and fun.

Studio Cycling   

A cardio workout on a stationary bike based on cycling principles.  Get your heart pumping with this great class taught to energizing music.
