
My training is a fusion of the most effective core based training including restorative Pilates, physical therapy based corrective exercises, stability ball work, functional training, and elements of martial arts and yoga using free weights, cables and a multitude of gym toys.
Lynn's Philosophy
A strong, healthy body begins with a solid core foundation. My personal training method is based on a repertoire of exercises focused on postural symmetry, breath control, abdominal strength, and stabilization of the spine, pelvis and shoulder. I work toward muscle flexibility, and joint mobility by strengthening through the complete range of motion of all joints.

This type of core based training offers significant benefits to athletes and casual exercisers alike from greater body awareness and core stabilization, to enhancing the ability to perform a wide range of activities in and out of the gym. This type of training is also particularly effective for people with back pain or those recovering from injury. I work in cooperation with several area physical therapists to create smooth client transitions from the PT clinic to the gym.
