- Currently working on CES (corrective exercise specialist) & PES (performance enhancement specialist) through NASM.
Mike's Philosophy: The kinetic chain of the human body is thoroughly interconnected. Any imbalance in muscle tissue needs to be addressed in order to improve the functional performance of the body. Performing exercises in proprioceptively enriched environments will help build strength in the body from the inside out.
