Casey Specializes in injury prevention, core conditioning, weight loss, and sport specific training.Casey graduated from Keene State College in 2004, with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science. Since moving to Vermont in the Fall of 2004, she has been working as a personal trainer & group fitness instructor.

I am an accomplished wrestler and martial artist, with awards and belts in many disciplines. I am a firm believer in proper nutrition, not just in study but in practice. I have tried every method possible (almost) to lose and gain weight as I don't believe in having my clients try something I have not attempted myself.
