As far a nutrition - everything in moderation!  Never deny yourself, life is too short!.  Calories in versus calories out - so play alot and burn alot!

Jessica is a nationally certified personal trainer through the cooper aerobic institute in Dallas, TX and a group fitness instructor.  She has been involved in wellness since she was 7 years old, beginning with group fitness.  Her experience began in Dayton Ohio and continue in Charlotte, North Carolina.
