About Peter
Peter has been a personal trainer and fitness presenter for over 15 years. He has developed and provided fitness programming for health clubs, private studios and corporate locations. He began his career in Los Angeles working in the area's leading sports clubs. After 5 years he created his own corporate wellness company, "Fitness Options". Peter has a passion for teaching others how to develop and maintain a balanced system that produces results.
Peter is also a certified Medical Exercise Specialist. As such, he networks with members of the medical community to assist in post rehab program design.
