PT360 Physical Therapy

PT360’s facility was designed by our therapists, for our patients. The 5,000 square foot clinic is flooded with natural light, which energizes and motivates, with room to spare. A 30’x 18’ saltwater pool is perfect for a dynamic range of aquatic therapies, and is easy on the skin; while our private treatment rooms allow for quiet consultation and therapy. We also care about the health of our planet - that’s why our building is gentle on the earth, built to LEED certification. See how an inspired place can also inspire recovery!

Pool Usage Synergy Members

Synergy Fitness members now have an option to use the pool at PT360 for an additional fee.  The pool water is 3'4" and 4' deep with an average temperature of 93 degrees, as this is primarily a therapy pool.  The pool temperature will affect your body temperature while you are working out, making the demands on your body more than you may expect.  It is important to drink lots of water to remain well hydrated.  The pool is a salt water system and is gentler on your skin and swimwear.  The water does not leave as much on your skin compared to chlorinated pool water.

Synergy members will be able to book "lanes" in the pool by stopping by or calling Synergy's front desk.  Lane one and two are tetherable.  Meaning that you will be able to use the tethering system to swim or to run in the pool.  We also have an exercise lane which will not have access to the teathers.
